Mountain Veg Fest will host vendors focused on health and wellness, food vendors, green product and service companies, animal compassion nonprofits, fun and games for kids, cooking demos and so much more!

TWO: If you are a food vendor, you must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance valued at a minimum of $1 Million with the following Named Insured Info on it:

All Food Vendors will be also be required to obtain and pay for ( if necessary) a Temporary Food Establishment Permit from the County.

Vendors serving food must be permitted by the state of New Hampshire Health Department.

THREE: Ready your online payment option, as well as your EIN or 501(c)3 number if you’re a non-profit.

All products must be plant based.

To participate as a vendor, you must fill out a vendor application form, explain what type of business you are, and what type of vegan products and/or services you will be showcasing to ensure a great reception by our attendees. You will find a link to the vendor application form below.

At Mountain Veg Fest, we seek to draw different types of vendors with different types of spaces at different price points. Below is a list of possibilities. All booths are 10’X10′ unless noted otherwise.

Food Vendor: $150
*Any vendor that “sells or gives away anything fit for human consumption”
Returning Food Vendor: $125
Products and/or Services: $100
Returning Products & Services: $75
Non-profit & Accredited Educational Institutions: $50
Artist | Display Art Only: $50
Farmer: $50 with all money refunded the day after the event
Animal Rescue: $50 with all money refunded the day after the event
Government Agency, School Group or Food Bank: $50 with all money refunded the day after the event
Presenter: FREE (presenters only CLICK HERE for your form)

$75 additional fee for electricity.

Generators are allowed in the park but must be in compliance with City Code Chapter 179 found here:

Festival Open to the Public: 10AM-4PM
Take Down: 4PM-5PM
